Things can only get better.

It has been a disappointing start to the season we have only managed to get 1 point from our last 3 games and are currently sitting second from bottom in the table, which wasn’t exactly what we expected. On a positive note we should have at least 7 points; the team have played well in patches and created chances, we just need to all learn to be more clinical and finish the game off.

Our last game against Birmingham was frustrating on many counts, the main one being the fact that we were beaten 1-0, we did have chances to score and on another day may have come away with a draw but it wasn’t to be. For me personally it was disappointing as I have not been able to train since the game, I hurt my ankle, I have a black eye and bruised ribs

Moving on to a happier note, how good was the Royal wedding?? I can honestly say I was so proud to be British on Friday; it is definitely a girl thing, as one of my male friends phoned me part way through the ceremony and Rod our gaffa text at approximately 1105 asking what pre match food we all wanted!! I loved the dresses, the flowers and just all the traditions that they adhere to, for me our country puts on a show like no other.

We play Everton today at Ashby Avenue 3pm KO please come and support us and join in with all the fun that will be happening throughout the day, it’s a great day out for all the family!!
