1. What is the typical food diet that you follow during the season and the off season?
I always follow a healthy balanced diet making sure I eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Some of my favourite meals are omlette and salad, wholemeal bread chicken potatoes and vegetables. And thirdly Thai fish fakes with stir fry vegetables.
2. Does the English National Team have their own personal chef that comes with you when travelling to tournaments?
When we went to China to the world cup and Finland to the Euro’s we had a chef called Idris who came with us he was amazing. I think that was due to the food being so varied.
3. While traveling with the England do you have a regular roommate or is it different assignments each time?
I have had a few different roomies which is nice as you get to know your team mates a bit better! Jess Clarke was my roommate for months we used to have such a laugh our nicknames wer dumb and dumber no idea why! My mew roommate is Laura Basset she is a good friend and we both watch lots of dexter together.
4. Do you keep up with the US Women’s National Team or the WPS league in the US? Any favorite players?
Yeah America are one of the top sides in the world so it’s always good to keep up to date with what they are up to and with the womens league over there. I always look out to see how my team mates are doing. Marta is a fantastic player so I’d have to mention her technically very gifted and exciting to watch.
